Description
The Jensen Pack, Don Jensen’s legendary,frameless, backpack design, provides unmatched stability for Hiking, Climbing or Skiing and is manufactured in 5 sizes to provide an exceptional fit. The Jensen Pack is considerably lighter than most packs of comparable volume but does not compromise durability for lightweight. We have several pages of information about these packs found under the RMW Heritage Backpack tab. All Jensen packs now use a synthetic blend corduroy,for the back panel. This is a blend of polyester and nylon, the color is “mink” a warm grey color. Cotton corduroy fabric in no longer available as a custom option.
All ERV packs come pre-fitted with snaps for detachable pockets. The ERV version also has velcro sewn into the pack, during construction, for the Rainliner. Also included with the ERV option are: heavier grade latigo leather for the barbells and an inner, webbing baffle behind the lower compartment zipper, which reduces the likelihood of snagging the sleeping bag in the zipper.
